Refunds are only processed if your item was received damaged, or the item you received is not as described.
In order to initiate a refund request, please be sure to send an email to support@shanteshops.com within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number, a description of what's going on, and any images to support your claim. If your claim is approved, we will do whatever we can to ensure you receive a refund or a replacement.
If you have to send an item back to us, you are responsible for the shipping. We will provide you with the returns address at the time of claim approval.
Refunds may take up to 3 days for us to initiate and up to 7 days for you to see the credit back to your account once we receive your package.
We are not responsible for packages you didn't receive that have been verified to be delivered via tracking.
Customer service is very important to us. Please, if you are not satisfied with an order, contact us and give us a chance to remedy it before writing a bad review or placing negative postings to social media.
