Great question! Items are generally fulfilled within 5 days and on their way to you. Products coming from other countries may take up to 30 days to arrive. That is not the norm, but is a possibility. Please be patient. We are able to provide you with such great deals because of these relationships. Refunds are only processed if your item was received damaged, or the item you received is not as described.
In order to initiate a refund request, please be sure to send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number, a description of what's going on, and any images to support your claim. If your claim is approved, we will do whatever we can to ensure you receive a refund or a replacement.
